External window: avoid errors using mouse-wheel

LoadGIDProject envent invoked with full path also is a model is readed with relative path, to avoid problems to problemtypes
Tcl procedure WaitUntilAllProcessTerminate to force that GiD doesn't exit until all calculation processes have finished (usefult for batchs and tester)
