How to register GiD with USB licence

Once you have purchased a GiD USB licence, you need to register a USB stick in order to use GiD Professional.

NOTE: We do not provide the USB stick, you can use almost any USB stick in the market: https://gidsimulation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/1210057371

First, lets find your licence. Navigate to:

There, you can click on Get password. You will see the following form:

You are required to get the Machine name and Sysinfo. You can learn how to obtain it using this link:

Just make sure you have connected the USB that you want to register, and installed the GiD version according to your licence. Use the menú Help > Register GiD > USB

When you submit the form in the website with the Machine name and Sysinfo obtained from GiD, you’ll get a password:

Just paste this password into GiD to register the USB. Now you can connect this pendrive to any computer with GiD installed and use the professional version.
