When executing procserver from the command line, several options are possible:

  • -timeout Specify the time in seconds that the server will wait before closing a connection.
  • -port Specify an alternative port number. This is useful if the default port 2048 is already in use by another application. If the port is set to a non default number, Client will have to introduce the same port before calculating.
  • -install Create a Windows service or a UNIX daemon to handle the start/stop of the program
  • -remove Delete the Windows service of the UNIX daemon that handle the program
  • -autoinit See section Windows automatic init.
