It is possible to provide an extra file, named 'argv.txt', located in the program folder
and then the content of the line of this file will be appended to that argv array of command line arguments
This option is interesting in the case of install a single problemtype, and start this copy of the program always loading the problemype,
and probably using its own copy of user settings (without share settings with other GiDs)
e.g. a file argv.txt could contain for the problemtype cmas2d_customlibsomething like:
-c2 cmas2d_customlib.ini -p Examples\cmas2d_customlib.gid
