Manual translation
A user (or a technical translator) must validate and correct an automatic web translation.
It could be important to know the user have translated a string, add or select the user before making manual translations. The strings translated automatically are set to the "Web" user.
It can be interesting before a manual translation to use the utilities to find and replace strings.
The database strings can have a "Priority" field. If the number of extracted sentences is too big (as the GiD case), it's probably that some of sentences are hardly ever showed to the final user. Then it's advisable to translate in a first step not all sentences but only the must frequent ones.
It's possible to sort the strings to translate by your priority (the priority is the estimated frequency to use).
