Reset mesh data

Menu: Mesh->Reset mesh data

This command resets all the meshing properties assigned to entities. These are:

• Structured type (unstructured, structured, semi-structured or cartesian)
• Boundary layer mesh properties
• Element type
• Mesh sizes (both structured and unstructured)
• All the Mesh criteria (see Mesh criteria).

This means that all of them will be unassigned.

To unassign properties of some specific entity, assign the corresponding 'Default' option on it. For instance, set Unstructured to an entity to reset its structured type, or set 'Default' Element type to reset the element type.
