Page and capture settings

Menu: Files->Page and capture settings...

This is the window where some print properties (page size, borders, etc.) and image/movie properties (image resolution, auto cropping, background) can be set up. These settings are applied when an image is sent to the printer (see Print), or a snapshot is taken (see Print to file). The background options are also applied when a movie is saved.

Note: it's possible to create images with more resolution as the screen, e.g. interesting in order to print a poster. The approximated dimensions, in pixels, of the final image is also shown.
